The images used are quite interesting as both feature females acting as cheerleaders for their respective leaders. On the one hand we have one that is trying her best to battle the onset of old age and on the other we have one that is trying to encapsulate the importance and relevance of an ageing power that has seemingly run it’s course (we’ll let you the reader decide which is which)
Both images show the cheerleaders in front of large screens displaying the flags of their nations, this to add weight to whatever they choose to convey to their credulous audience. The use of the flag in these cases are as blindfolds, the viewers gaze transfixed on this the patriotic symbol whilst lies and myths are dripped like poison into their unsuspecting ears.
