It would seem that Mr Trump and his supporters are beating themselves up and whipping themselves into a frenzy regarding the peaceful protests being carried out by sportsmen and women up and down the country. The Trump Klan has taken exception to one man in particular, the American Football player Colin Kaepernick. Now we at the Guff understand by his actions that Mr Kaepernick is protesting (peacefully) at how some “law enforcement” officials are seeming to be targeting Black Men in particular resulting in a high number of casualties and violent fatalities to men who are often unarmed. We have sourced an image that show “Law enforcement” officers making an interesting “gang” sign, is it to represent 666 or KKK?

Article 13 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Universal_Declaration_of_Human_Rights asserts that:
* a citizen https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Citizen of a state in which that citizen is present has the liberty to travel, reside in, and/or work in any part of the state where one pleases within the limits of respect for the liberty and rights of others,
Now let’s just look at Mr Kaepernick’s actions for a moment, a well paid sportsman stages a peaceful demonstration for some of his fellow American Citizens to highlight the brutality of state-employed law enforcement, surely this is as patriotic as one can get, or would they prefer he and a number of his friends bear arms and form a militia? The right to free movement without fear or indeed harassment from the state is a fundamental human right that those willing to bear arms should literally be up in arms about defending (the 2nd amendment in place to protect the people from a tyrannical state). OK ok you have the right to bear arms, then what? You then have the right to walk around like a tough guy? We would like to pose this question to those who question the actions of Mr Kaepernick. Why do they feel that taking up arms is ok but taking a knee is not? Many have cited the action of taking a knee as unpatriotic, disrespecting the country, the flag and those that serve. This we feel is a catalogue of erroneous assumptions and therefore have not only included the law on how the flag should and should not be used but also a catalogue of examples of how the flag has (according to this law but not by Mr Trumps supporters) been truly disrespected.
No disrespect should be shown to the flag of the United States of America; the flag should not be dipped to any person or thing. Regimental colours, State flags, and organization or institutional flags are to be dipped as a mark of honor.
(a) The flag should never be displayed with the union down, except as a signal of dire distress in instances of extreme danger to life or property.
(b) The flag should never touch anything beneath it, such as the ground, the floor, water, or merchandise. (Surely that includes female genitalia?)

(c) The flag should never be carried flat or horizontally, but always aloft and free.
(d) The flag should never be used as wearing apparel, bedding, or drapery. It should never be festooned, drawn back, nor up, in folds, but always allowed to fall free. Bunting of blue, white, and red, always arranged with the blue above, the white in the middle, and the red below, should be used for covering a speaker’s desk, draping the front of the platform, and for decoration in general.
(e) The flag should never be fastened, displayed, used, or stored in such a manner as to permit it to be easily torn, soiled, or damaged in any way. (Easily soiled if up someone’s butt crack)

(f) The flag should never be used as a covering for a ceiling.
(g) The flag should never have placed upon it, nor on any part of it, nor attached to it any mark, insignia, letter, word, figure, design, picture, or drawing of any nature. ANY NATURE, you got that?

(h) The flag should never be used as a receptacle for receiving, holding, carrying, or delivering anything. (Carrying Testicles? delivering sperm?)

(i) The flag should never be used for advertising purposes in any manner whatsoever. It should not be embroidered on such articles as cushions or handkerchiefs and the like, printed or otherwise impressed on paper napkins or boxes or anything that is designed for temporary use and discard. Advertising signs should not be fastened to a staff or halyard from which the flag is flown.
(j) No part of the flag should ever be used as a costume or athletic uniform. However, a flag patch may be affixed to the uniform of military personnel, firemen, policemen, and members of patriotic organisations. The flag represents a living country and is itself considered a living thing. Therefore, the lapel flag pin being a replica, should be worn on the left lapel near the heart.
(k) The flag, when it is in such condition that it is no longer a fitting emblem for display, should be destroyed in a dignified way, preferably by burning
In the following clip (made by People for the American Way) we see the late Robin Williams playing the part of the American flag and in it he describes several positions of “Flag” and how on one knee isn’t a good feeling as it means that the flag is at half mast, signifying the death of an American (citizen). So with that in mind is Mr Kaepernick being unpatriotic or the complete opposite and respecting all those who have unjustly lost their lives?
