Up and down the country incensed pensioners are vowing to take the fight to this multi-nationals head quarters (as soon as the weather picks up) a spokes person has said “If they want a fight they’ve got one” adding “The gloves are now off” (well they would be but it’s to bloody cold and the gas is to f***ing expensive).
Right on cue you now have the right on left making a big speech about price freezing (whilst thousands freeze) as if winter price increases have just materialised since this parliament. Not to be outdone you now have Dave waving a big stick (or magic wand) at the energy companies telling (asking) them not to raise their prices (not until after the next election at least). It’s so refreshing to see the political class using so much energy to fight against the big 6, but in this instance all their gas seems not to be electrifying the electorate.
We at G.I.T.P understand there are another 5 out of the big 6 but it’s Brrr shit Gas that spend so much on ad campaigns telling the public just how great they are.
During time of war people would be jailed if found to be profiteering so isn’t it ironic we find those who may have lived through the last great war or actually fought in it are now fighting to keep warm and alive. Isn’t that Great Britain?
