We at GUFFPOST have obtained recorded testimony from a self-confessed addict, who even after sharing with us the damage caused by his addiction, still informs us of his love for the substance that’s caused the damage. Such is the power of those who sell this product around the world, no one will dare stand in their way (well we say no one, but what we mean is no one from the political or business class).
Gone are the days when an oil tanker spill and the subsequent damage caused by the oil makes headline news. We now live in an age (and on a planet) where billions of tonnes of plastic (created from oil) find its way into the land, seas, oceans, and rivers but not onto news bulletins. So we’d like to take a look back and show you two adverts that were ironically released within a year of each other (the message of one sadly outlived the message of the other)
As we were inspired by our great “addict” of a leader and the messages contained in the ads, we decided to create a more fitting remix/mashup of the two. We hope you enjoy it as much as your beverage.
