Ra Ra Rasputin

The long list of UI’s (useful idiots) on both sides of the political divide that act as cheerleaders (Ra Ra) for (Ras)Putin both here in the UK and in the US would have many people asking why or indeed how. Like the mystical monk before him he seems to hold many in a trance like state, could it be his suave sophistication, his masculine wiles, his and his crews wealth or something far more mysterious, magical or even sinister.

Again we at the Guff have unearthed some footage to demonstrate the point. Watch how a subservient Trump looking like a dog wagging it’s tale at the sight of his Master greets (Ras)Putin and then snaps out of his trance like state looking almost embarrassed at having received the thumbs up in public in front of other world leaders. The attack on the Skripals in Salisbury was a blatant disregard for not only human life but also for the UK’s security forces. Salisbury not only has a military presence that routinely holds military exercises on the local plains but also has the biological weapons facility of Porta Down as a very close neighbour so you’d think that with this in mind Salisbury would be one of the most unlikeliest of places for a state sponsored hit to take place. Choosing to exact revenge on his former employee in such a location (Ras)Putin chose to send a clear message to anyone wishing to cross him (it won’t be just your contract that will be terminated) and to those that say “You can not do that” his response is “Wrong”. 

So in the first clip we see Arnold Schwarzenegger playing the part of (Ras)Putin, the gun store as Salisbury and the gun store owner as the UK government. The irony, or some may say hypocrisy of the UK Government lambasting (Ras)Putin for daring to use a nerve agent in the UK whilst they (the UK Government) continue to arm the Saudis allowing them to continue their war in Yemen (killing tens of thousands and putting the lives of millions at risk) has not been lost on many international observers but that’s another story. Back in Salisbury or at least the reporting of Salisbury, much was made of the attempted murders of the Skripals and the heroic actions of Sgt Nick Bailey but we were soon to see a different tone in the reporting of the poisoning of the later victims (Charlie Rowley and Dawn Sturgess). Due to lifestyle choices Charlie and Dawn were not considered in the same way as the previous victims, some quarters of the press managing to coat their reporting with a very thin veneer of (sym)pathetic remorse whilst at the same time condemning the attack. Again the irony was not lost on us, as since 2010 and the introduction of Tory led austerity (the policy of poison) many thousands of ordinary folk like Charlie and Dawn have either lost their lives or have struggled to maintain a decent standard of life yet the reporting of their deaths and the questioning of the Government responsible has almost been non existing

Here is the second clip where again we see (Ras)Putin in action. This time we see him destroying the notion of America as the World’s Policeman. Ever since the end of WWII America has considered itself to be the Worlds Policeman and, to the envy of others (especially a diminished “Super Power”) this badge has been worn with pride, until now. Mr Trump has said in public on numerous occasions that this is one title he is prepared for America to relinquish, this and publicly attacking his NATO partners (leading them to openly discuss a European defence force) could mean the termination of the only credible force to match (Ras)Putin’s. The following scene is self explanatory Arnold again playing (Ras)Putin, the Police Station is the world, the police officers are America and Sarah Connor is anyone that tries to get in (Ras)Putin’s way of doing things.
